We specialize in residential renovations and custom builds across Toronto, Etobicoke and Mississauga. Do you handle the municipal building permits and inspections for my project? Yes. We manage the entire turnkey permit process—including architectural drawings, municipal applications, and coordination with Toronto or Mississauga city inspectors—ensuring your project is 100% legal, code-compliant, and hassle-free. How does your initial consultation and project pricing work? We start with a detailed in-home consultation to evaluate your space, discuss your goals, and inspect existing mechanical and structural conditions. Following the site visit, we provide a transparent proposal outlining exact scopes, timelines, and fixed-price commitments. Do you sub out your projects to other general contractors or tradespeople? No. We do not hand off your home to third-party sub-managers or unvetted crews. You are guaranteed to see Brian Noble on-site daily working alongside experienced tradespeople and doing the grunt work—giving you direct communication, trade accountability, and true peace of mind throughout your build. ## Ready to start your home renovation? ###### Contact Master Plumber Brian Noble today to schedule your in-home consultation.
